Islands of Jupiter
Islands of Jupiter is an upscale residential development that consists of 105 custom homes spread out across six neighborhoods on four islands in Martin County. The Jupiter riverfront real estate includes Palm, Somerset, Compass Point, Reach, Windward, and Harbor Island.
Palm and Somerset are neighborhoods that lie adjacent to the Loxahatchee River, while a canal that leads to the river surrounds the third neighborhood, Compass Point. The neighborhood of Reach Island, on the other hand, can be found directly on the channel while the neighborhoods of Windward and Harbor Island surround Tarpon Bay.
John D. MacArthur originally commissioned the development of the Islands of Jupiter but it was luxury homebuilder Dan Catalfumo who completed the project and turned it over to its residents.
The Islands of Jupiter homes for sale range in size from four to five bedrooms, many featuring private docks that allow the homeowners easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway. The real estate is available with lot sizes that range from 14,000 to 39,000 square feet.
